Everything Is Always My Fault [Mar. 15th, 2011|07:02 pm]
Warren Ellis

So I found this on Facebook.

So now the demise of Western civilisation is my fault.  Great.

(It’s a book partially about my work, apparently. In which I imagine it’s explained in detail how everything is my fault.)

(Automatically crossposted from warrenellis.com. Feel free to comment here or at my message board Whitechapel. If anything in this post looks weird, it's because LJ is run on steampipes and rubber bands -- please click through to the main site.)

I wish the fall of Western Civilization were my fault. Good on you. Them's some important shoes you got.

Stupid sayings

One of my former employers liked to say "well, it's not your fault, but it is your problem."

I'm amused by how much the cover makes you look like Ming the Merciless.

D'oh! Commented before reading others', or I would've simply said, "Ditto." Glad I'm not the only one who sees it.

I was thinking more like a 1980s Doctor Who villain, but seems we're thinking along similar lines, anyway.
