off topic

more than a couple of years ago i remember following a link from your site at the time (machine?) to an article that was a transcript of a talk about fantastica (or it may have been an online version of a print article) it was from not quite east Europe and was insightful about fantasy, Science fiction, and horror. it spoke of fantasy representing the past and religion, sci-fi was the future and hope and Horror is the present and what can keep us from our perfect sci-fi future. I am having a difficult time finding it again. if you know what i am talking about could you please respond with link to the article thanks.
